Pay macys.com/mymacyscard Bill Online

If you wish to pay your Macy’s card online you will need to login to your accout at macys.com/mymacyscard (Blue arrow).

 

If you don’t have an account, don’t worry you can simply register and create a new account in a few simple steps (Green arrow).

 

Set up AutoPay

Yes, you can setup autopay for your Macy’s card. All you need is an account at macys.com/mymacyscard, your bank information and follow those steps:

• Login to your account here
• Go to “credit summary” under the section of “myMacy’s Credit Card”
• You will recive a pop-up message that inform you that you will be moved from macys.com/mymacyscard website to Citibank website
• Click on “continue”
• From the dropdown menu at the top right hand side of the page select the “Set Up AutoPay” option in the “I want to…”

After you complete all the steps you will be able to schedule automatic payments for a minimum or full payments.

Pay at You Local Macy’s Store

You can pay your bill at any of Macy’s stores. You can pay with cash, debit card or check, just take you statment with you. Find the nearest store to you here.
